MILLUTENSIL was founded in 1955 and has a global presence with three production lines:
•The Blue Line: die & mould spotting presses
•The Green Line: automation for sheet metal working
•The Yellow Line: conveyor belts

BLUE LINE
The BLUE LINE is MILLUTENSIL’s iconic line with which the company is known worldwide in the automotive industry for its advanced technology and high-quality products.
It includes a wide range of spotting presses, i.e. high- precision machinery capable of facilitating the adjustment, checking and repair of moulds, as well as their testing and validation, before going into production. Die-splitters allow easy and quick assembly and disassembly of die parts.
MILLUTENSIL’s machines are in fact designed to provide the operator with maximum safety and the best ergonomics by abandoning obsolete, inaccurate, and unsafe methods, such as overhead cranes.
Our spotting presses are used in the following branches: production, testing and maintenance of dies & moulds for plastic, die casting and metal.

GREEN LINE
Our GREEN LINE provides solutions for white industry, automotive sector, electronics and e-vehicles, such as:
•Equipment for presses
•Feeding lines for aluminium;
•Feeding lines for lamination;
•Feeding lines for compact high-strength materials;
•Fine Blanking solutions, which guarantee extreme precision, the highest level of material plasticization and automatic adjustment of parameters;
