The company occupies a factory on the outskirts of Bologna, consisting of a building of 10,000 square meters of workshop provided with the latest equipment, and a building of 3,000 square meters built on 3 floors, used as offices.
The employed staff is about 150 people, most of them highly skilled technicians with a wide working experience in the field of grinding systems.
To deal with the frequent changes that characterize today's market and increasing global competitiveness, NOVA employ 20% of their staff (employees) between R&D and Marketing and Communication activities, to study and advance innovative grinding solutions for emerging sectors that require increasingly sophisticated products, as for the energy sector or components for last generation hybrid engines.
