Fagor Automation is a cooperative company founded in 1973 in Mondragón in the Basque Country and is part of the MCC Group, the largest cooperative in the world with 85,000 people. The Automation division has 650 employees and deals with the design and construction of machine tool equipment. The product range includes CNCs, drives, motors, linear and rotary encoders. Simplicity, performance and quality of products jointed with services have always been the cornerstones of our company. The support network, which provides after-sale service worldwide, is also fundamental, thanks to 50 own branch offices. In Italy Fagor has been present since 1990 with the historic branch of Cassina de Pecchi (MI), dedicated to sales and services.
With its CNC8060 / 8065 / 8070L family, Fagor Automation can offer products for turning, laser and milling, in a range that goes from the economic solution for simple machines, up to top machines for performance and/or number of axes or complexity (up to 32 axes+spindles, 4 independent channels, 4 tool magazines, combined lathe-milling machines).
All CNCs are Industry 4.0 Ready and can be connected to external systems, both to read data and variables, but also to control them remotely.
Furthermore, Fagor Automation designs, manufactures and sales a wide range of high precision, incremental and absolute linear and rotary encoders up to 65 meters length and available with a wide range of full-digital protocols and interfaces.
