Privacy LAMIERA 2019: Machine Tools Users Form

With the present document CEU-CENTRO ESPOSIZIONI UCIMU SPA gives to the Users all the information according to article 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 concerning the processing of personal data provided in order to participate to the Exhibition "LAMIERA 2019". 

1. SUBJECTS OF THE PROCESSING
Data controller - pursuant to art. 4 and art. 24 of GDPR, is CEU-CENTRO ESPOSIZIONI UCIMU SPA, with registered address at Viale Fulvio Testi 128 - 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI), in the person of the legal representative.

2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNED
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("Data Subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. For the purposes mentioned in the present Information Notice, CEU-CENTRO ESPOSIZIONI UCIMU SPA will process the following data: name, surname, job title, contact details (for instance: email address, phone number), nationality.

3. PURPOSES AND LAWFULNESS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data provided by filling in the registration form and the related questionnaire will be processed for the purposes indicated here below.

a) Management of data processing concerning:
1. Compilation of the registration form in order to participate to the "LAMIERA 2019" Exhibition and related administrative accounting activities. For the application of the provisions in the fields of protection of personal data, the processing carried out for administrative-accounting purposes are those related to organizational, administrative, financial and accounting activities, regardless of the nature of the data processed - Legal basis of data processing: Contract, art. 6 b) GDPR - Data Retention: 3 years.
2. Until your opposition, the e-mail address provided by filling the registration form and also the questionnaire will be also used in order to send informative and promotional e-mails about activities and exhibitions managed by the Data Processor, UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE, on behalf of the Data Controller. Legal basis of data processing: Legitimate interest: art. 6 f) GDPR - Data Retention: until your objection.

b) Management of data processing concerning:
processing of your personal data, prior consent and until objection, for marketing activities, market researches, promotional activities, sample researches, in order to receive - through e-mail, fax, MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), SMS (Short Message Service) or other types of messages and also operator's calls and paper mail - informative, promotionals, commercials and advertising material concerning events and initiatives promoted by the Data controller CEU-CENTRO ESPOSIZIONI UCIMU SPA and other companies within the Group UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE- Legal basis of data processing: Consent, art. 6 a) GDPR - Data Retention: until consent withdrawal.

c) Management of data processing concerning:
transmission, prior consent and until opposition, of your personal data to Third Parties for marketing activities. Your personal data will be processed, prior consent, in order to carry out market researches, promotional activities, sample researches, in order to receive - through e-mail, fax, MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), SMS (Short Message Service), other types of messages and also operator's calls and paper mail, - informative, promotional, commercial ad advertising material, by Italian Exhibitors who will join "LAMIERA 2019". Legal basis of data processing: Consent, art. 6, a) GDPR - Data Retention: until consent withdrawal.

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your processed data will not be diffused but it will be communicated to companies/third parties contractually linked to the Data Controller, for the purposes indicated at point 3. of this Information Notice, in order to comply to contracts or related purposes. Personal data might be communicated to the following categories:
- subjects that provide services for the management of the information system used by the Data Controller and the telecommunications networks (including e-mail);
- subjects and organizations that collaborate with the Data Controller for the organization, programming, implementation, marketing and execution of "LAMIERA 2019";
- freelancers, firms or companies in the field of assistance and consultancy relationships;
- competent authorities for fulfilling legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request;
- other companies of the UCIMU group;
- other exhibitors different from the ones mentioned at point 3., lett. b) of the present Information Notice, the data will be communicated to commercial partners/exhibitors for commercial and promotional purposes only with the prior consent and within the limits described above in point 3., lett. c);
- Fiera Milano Spa.
The subjects belonging to the categories above act as Data Processor, or they operate in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The updated list of designated data controllers is available by sending an email to the Data Controller at the following address promotion.adv@ucimu.it.

5. NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND REFUSAL
Provision of personal data for purpose a) is necessary for the registration to the Exhibition and the execution of the related activities. Any failure to provide such data shall entail the impossibility to get registered and to visit the Exhibition. Provision of personal data for purpose a) is also necessary for the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to carry out soft spam activities. You can object to this treatment at any time, easily and freely. Provision of personal data for point b) - direct marketing activities carried out by the Data Controller and companies within the Group of UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE - is optional: if you do not give your consent, your personal data will not be used for this purpose, without prejudice for the processing of personal data for purpose a). Provision of personal data for purpose c) is optional: if you do not give your consent, your data will not be used for this purpose and will not be disclosed to third parties (Italian Exhibitors and UCIMU Member Companies), without prejudice for the purpose a).

6. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data not obtained directly from the Data Subject have been provided by ICE - Agenzia per la promozione all'estero e l'internazionalizzazione delle imprese italiane. We also inform you that such data do not came from publicly accessible sources.

7. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS
You can exercise your rights as expressed in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 of the GDPR by writing an email to promotion.adv@ucimu.it. In particular you can, at any time, ask the Data Controller to access your personal data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict the processing. Furthermore you can, at any time, object to processing of your personal data. Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial remedy, if the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of GDPR, pursuant to art. 15 letter f), you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1 you can withdraw the consent at any time. In case of a request for data portability pursuant to article 20 GDPR, the Data Controller shall provide your personal data to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. In order not to receive commercial and promotional communications through automated means (e-mail, SMS, MMS, fax), you can write an e-mail at any time at the following address promotion.adv@ucimu.it with the subject "automated unsubscription" (please also specify the sender) or use our system for automatic unsubscription and you will no longer be disturbed.
